Plagirism, which is what virtually every 'PvP' pack is, is illegal and against the forum rules. Because this forum respects artist's rights, these theft packs get removed quickly.

EDIT: I've ended up making my own texture pack but still need a texture of Low Blue Fire in 32x32 resolution so if anyone knows a texture pack with that please respond with a link!!!
